I actually just completed a tour of all ten-seat clubs. Very, very exclusive. Actually, I just went around for the past six-weeks to comedy clubs. Arizona, Atlanta. Lots of fun.

The household wasn't loose and amusing, but I grew up in a single-parent home, so it wasn't strict either. I learned to entertain myself with needlepoint and general woodworking.

Certainly not one of those! I'm occasionally called to fill in in Rock N' Jock games, and lifeguarding at the beach house. Once you hit 30, it's a Logan's Run type situation.

Were you ever sorry you left MTV? I read an article once, that said you had more creative control over the content of the show then, and there was probably a smaller chance of that show being cancelled.

Right...and a smaller chance of me making enough money for rent. I don't regret it, it was time for the show to be larger and have greater scope in it.

That was a good one, but that was our first one, so I just remember being really tired. I liked it when we had Tony Bennett on. One of the few musical guests that didn't end up destroying the Green Room.
